Prevent theft by using frame locks

Frame locks are either attached to the rear stay or to the bicycle frame using the so-called Pletscher plate. They serve as a quick and easy way to secure the bicycle. However, it should only be regarded as an additional lock. The shackle, which is pushed through the wheel, means that in the event of theft, your bicycle only has to be carried away. Since it can happen that your bicycle is stolen in this way, we recommend that you secure your bicycle to a fixed object with an additional lock, such as a chain or cable lock.
