The brake pad is characterized by high durability and reliability. Thanks to its special composition and large friction surface, it offers strong braking performance with low wear. To achieve this, the pad volume was maximized. Furthermore, the optimized shape allows for quick and service-friendly removal.

The rotor

The rotor has been developed to meet the high thermal and mechanical demands of cargo bikes and LEVs, and is characterized by a long service life. An innovative production process, a special hardening treatment, and subsequent grinding ensure consistent and high friction values with reduced wear. This makes the rotor particularly robust and reliable in all weather conditions.
The friction ring of the rotor has been engineered to work in perfect harmony with the brake pad. With a height of 20 mm, the friction ring provides a large contact surface to achieve maximum braking power. This allows for stable and consistent performance with lower system pressure and reduced hand force. An optimal choice of materials for both pad and disc also ensures minimal wear. The discs are produced 100% in Germany.

F//2000 master cylinder

The F//2000 master cylinder is a further development of the proven F//4000 brake master cylinder and is specifically designed for bicycles with a maximum of two wheels. The brake master cylinder offers the same high level of safety, robustness, and reliability as the F//4000. This braking system ensures braking power suitable for all bicycle classes. The brake master cylinder lever features a ball end for better grip and increased safety. The dynamic design facilitates integration into modern cockpits. The F//2000 brake master cylinder is compatible with common displays, controllers, and shifters and also supports a handlebar switch for high beam. The braking system uses the proven brake master cylinder with the F// brake pad and the associated F// Brake discs known for their high performance and durability.

F//4000 master cylinder

The F//4000 master cylinder is the result of precise, thorough development work and extensive know-how. It can be used modularly, is suitable for single and dual brake systems, and can be equipped with an additional lever for mechanical parking brakes and a brake signal switch. A specially developed system (SBP) allows our brake system to be bled quickly and easily, and thanks to the generous oil reservoir, the master cylinder provides a constant pressure point, right up to the brake pad wear limit. The forged aluminum and fiber-reinforced injection-molded components are absolutely reliable, safe, robust, and resilient.

Fahrwerker F//2000 - F//4000 caliper

The caliper

The master cylinders and calipers are designed for both left- and right-hand mounting and provide sufficient force to safely brake even heavy cargo bikes and LEVs. The caliper piston is generously dimensioned and ensures perfect transmission of braking force to the disc. An integrated offset in the caliper reduces the variety of adapters. The top-load function and the post-mount system improve ease of service.
