Summary of test in Road Bike:

The whole test has been completed with the grade "very well". First tests of the 1 LED light have been done in the Institute for Mechatronics in Heilbronn. They tested brightness, illumination and running time with highest illumination level. Our M-Wave light achieved a bright, consistent and wide illumination (229 Lumen/ 4777 Candela). Running time amounts to 3:05 hours (charging period of the Li-Ion-battery: 3:30 hours). The high performance light has different lightness levels so the user can dip the light when using it in the road traffic. But with our M-Wave light this is even not necessary because of the on top cropped light beam it is conform to the StVZO (Road Traffic Licensing Regulation). Finally the magazine tested the lights on the road. Important were assembly, operability and illumination in real conditions. Here, too, our M-Wave light could convince.

Conclusion: Due to the LED technology bicycle lights are better than ever. Especially high performance lights bring light into the darkness. M-Wave Dosun D1 convinced with a very good testing result and an affordable price of 279 Euro.
